Leopard Geckos one of the most popular lizards kept as a pet. Easy to care for as long as the temperature is kept warm. Provide a hiding space a water source and a place to bask and you'll have a happy gecko.



 


     If you ever notice that your Gecko appears to be turning white it's ok, its probably getting ready to shed. Shedding is a good thing it means your lizard is growing that's a good sign your doing it right.  
                                                                                      

     One thing that I noticed is that unlike other lizards whos skin leaves dry peices in the eclosure, Leapard Geckos eat there old skin.....and you dont usually find any pieces.

MBD is a condition that results from an imbalance of calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D3 in a reptile’s body. This imbalance leads to weakened bones, muscle tremors, lethargy, and deformities. Since bearded dragons rely heavily on proper lighting, diet, and supplementation to maintain healthy calcium levels, poor husbandry practices are the main cause of MBD.

In simple terms, MBD is a result of A) nutritional deficiencies and improper environmental conditions.

     Causes of MBD in Bearded Dragons
