 OK, Let's try that again.First let me say that making this Blog is something that I always wanted to do. It is evolving as I go, thanks for your patience. It's my intention to enjoy making posts that pet and plant people will enjoy looking at and reading. 

     

 I hope that when you have a question, you would put them in the comments. And feel free to post pics of your pets and plants as well.  

        

Amaryllis

Amaryllis are always easy to come by around the holidays.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          When your flowers reach this stage , you can pollinate them.... they will develop seed pods that you can propagate later.

These are what the seed pods will look like. keep watering your plant while the pods develop.

The seeds are stacked like playing cards inside the pod. Let them dry and keep them dry. 

Germinating Amaryllis is another topic that I will discuss in another post.
