IRIS

Iris are a flowering plant with over 300 species. They are a creeping plant, that grow from Rhizomes or Bulbs in drier climates.

Irises are a beautiful flowering plant that is known for its vibrant blue and purple colors. These plants bloom in the spring and can grow up to 4 feet tall, depending on the species. They are commonly found in gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces where they can add a pop of color to the landscape.

One of the most interesting things about irises is their symbolism. In ancient Greek mythology, Iris was the goddess of the rainbow and messenger of the gods. She was known to use rainbows as a bridge between the heavens and earth. As a result, irises are often considered a symbol of hope and communication. They have also been associated with royalty and were a popular subject for artists during the Renaissance period. Today, irises continue to be admired for their beauty and are often used in floral arrangements and other decorative displays.
