Parakeets

                                                   Yes the cage seems small and I agree. I actually caught this bird outside. He must have flown away on someone, unfortunate for both of them. I reported him to the authorities in the area I found him and no lost birds were reported. I do have intentions of getting a larger cage and possibly a companion for " LUCKY"
